We're seeking a Production Technician - 1st Shift (Two Rivers, WI) to support a manufacturing team. Our client, a high-precision machining company, is looking for a motivated individual to operate equipment, complete quality checks, and follow safety procedures. This is a Temp to Perm role based in Two Rivers, WI. Production Technician - 1st Shift (Two Rivers, WI) Responsibilities: Operate machining equipment to produce parts according to production schedules. Perform in-process quality inspections using gauges and visual assessments. Accurately complete required production documentation and records. Handle parts, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently. Follow blueprints, job travelers, and routing instructions for production. Production Technician - 1st Shift (Two Rivers, WI) Qualifications: Manufacturing or production experience preferred, entry-level considered. Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic and reliable attendance. Self-motivated, safety-conscious, and focused on quality. Basic computer skills helpful for reporting labor, scrap, and rework.
