Sr. Digital Education Manager - Hospital Implementation

Responsibilities

• Design and develop digital training curricula including e-learning, video, playbooks, and job aids for commercial teams
• Create and deliver train-the-trainer programs for regional enablement teams on product updates and digital solutions
• Partner with sales, marketing, product, and services teams to align learning strategy with commercial priorities and procedure growth goals
• Conduct needs analysis and gather market feedback to identify training gaps and localization requirements
• Facilitate virtual and hybrid training sessions, modeling best-practice digital delivery and coaching facilitators on effectiveness

Requirements

• Expertise in instructional design and digital learning content creation
• Strong understanding of medical device sales, implementation, or clinical environments
• Experience designing and delivering train-the-trainer programs globally
• Technical fluency with digital platforms, enterprise software, and healthcare infrastructure
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging learning experiences
