Executive Administrative Assistant To CEO
A well-established nonprofit healthcare and human services organization is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant. This full-time role in Staten Island, NY involves supporting executive leadership with administrative, operational, and financial functions. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in generic office software.
Location: Staten Island, NY (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full Time - Mon-Fri 08:00am-04:00pm/ 08:30am-04:30pm/ 09:00am-05:00pm
Compensation: Pay Range: $70,000-$80,000 Per Year
Requirements:
- Manage executive calendars and travel arrangements
- Coordinate leadership meetings and executive communications
- Assist with budget tracking and financial documentation
- Maintain organized contract and vendor files
- Support daily administrative operations across departments
- Assist with presentations and organizational communications
- Monitor industry updates for leadership review
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field strongly preferred
- 35 years of executive administrative support experience required
- Experience with budgeting, bookkeeping, invoices, or contract management preferred
- Strong office software skills, especially spreadsheets
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
