Licensing Requirement (Job Contingent)

This position is contingent upon obtaining required insurance licenses.

Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start date

Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of your start date

Full licensing support, study resources, and onboarding assistance are provided

What You'll Do

Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and lead follow-up

Conduct needs-based conversations to identify customer insurance needs

Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers

Follow up consistently to convert opportunities into new business

Develop lasting customer relationships that drive referrals and retention

Track sales activity and maintain accurate customer records

Collaborate with team members to support agency growth initiatives

Maintain compliance with agency procedures and insurance regulations

What We're Looking For

Strong organizational and follow-up abilities

Previous sales, business development, retail, hospitality, customer-facing, or insurance experience preferred
