Sales Operations Associate

Supporting the operational infrastructure of the Nabis platform, the full-time remote Sales Operations Associate will manage retail onboarding, account setup, and pricing accuracy while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and system functionality. Key responsibilities Execute onboarding workflows for new retail accounts to ensure accurate setup and validation Maintain accurate account records and support pricing and sales rule configurations Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to pricing, invoicing, and ordering to ensure smooth operations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in operations, business, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, operations, or sales support; experience in regulated environments is a plus Strong spreadsheet and data-entry skills; familiarity with CRM or e-commerce platforms preferred Reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented team player eager to learn and improve processes Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow structured processes effectively
