Conduct soldering, diagnostics, fault isolation, and system testing activities. Prepare technical reports and support cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues. Assist and mentor junior technicians with advanced tasks and troubleshooting. Requirements: 2+ years of relevant experience with an AS degree or similar in Electronics Technology (or equivalent military technical experience), or a BSEET degree with at least 2 years of related experience. Proficient with hand and power tools, troubleshooting systems, and software including MS Office, Oracle Manufacturing, and PDM. Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and customer service skills. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed. Multiple Shifts Available!
