Our products are proven to be energy-saving, intelligent in control capabilities, and highly reliable in all challenging climate zones across the globe.The Quality Inspector is responsible for verifying that manufactured products, components, and processes meet defined quality standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements. This role performs inspections and tests at incoming, in-process, and final stages of production to ensure product conformity and prevent nonconforming material from reaching the customer. The Quality Inspector works closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to identify defects, document nonconformances, support root cause analysis, and verify corrective actions. This position plays a critical role in maintaining compliance with quality management systems (such as ISO 9001), supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and promoting a culture of quality throughout the manufacturing operation.Position ResponsibilitiesEnsure products meet quality, safety, and customer requirements before releaseDetect and prevent defects through consistent inspection and testingProvide accurate inspection records and quality data to support decision-makingSupport corrective actions and continuous improvement effortsIncoming material inspectionIn-process and final product inspectionUse of inspection tools, gauges, and test equipmentDocumentation of inspection results and nonconformancesSupport of audits, corrective actions, and quality initiativesManufacturing floor and inspection areasInteraction with production lines, warehouses, and engineering supportUse of mechanical, electrical, or dimensional measurement toolsPerforms other related duties as assigned.Qualifications1-3 year's experience in a manufacturing or production environmentHands-on experience performing:Incoming inspectionIn-process checksFinal product inspectionsExperience supporting:Nonconformance reports (NCRs)Corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)Exposure to regulated manufacturing (HVAC, automotive, electrical, pressure systems, or UL/ETL-listed products preferred)Experience with first article inspections (FAI)Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) basicsFamiliarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvementAbility to train operators on inspection or quality awarenessExperience supporting customer or third-party auditsPhysical Demands and Work EnvironmentThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
