The successful candidate will manage scheduling, patient communications, and billing processes while maintaining HIPAA-compliant records. Title Dental Front Office Coordinator Job Description Greet and welcome patients and visitors warmly and professionally. Answer phone calls promptly, manage patient inquiries, and schedule appointments efficiently. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation complies with HIPAA regulations. Coordinate patient flow and optimize the scheduling system for maximum office efficiency. Assist with insurance verification, billing processes, and patient financial communications. Oversee front desk operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. Collaborate closely with dental providers and support staff to address patient needs effectively. Support recall and follow-up appointment communications as required. Salary Range full-time $24 - $27 per hour - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Strong proficiency with phone systems, scheduling software, and dental office administrative procedures. Comprehensive knowledge of dental insurance verification, billing processes, and scheduling workflows. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
