Job Summary The Sr Administrative Assistant provides front-office reception support, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming and organized front office environment. This role also provides general administrative support to clients, managers and employees, and assists in daily office needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Greets visitors, clients, and team members with a welcoming and professional presence
- Manages emails, deliveries and correspondence, routing them to the right people
- Maintains a clean, organized, and inviting front office environment
- Manages conference room scheduling and prepare spaces for meetings, and keep them neat and organized
- Orders and maintains office supplies.
- Assists with special projects and other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skill
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent customer service skills
Environmental/Physical Demands Work is typically performed in a standard office environment. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sustain predictable work attendance, communicate with others, frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and use arms, hands and fingers to reach, handle or touch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.
