Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions, offering a safe space for clients to express themselves and work through personal challenges.

• Facilitate couples therapy, guiding partners through relationship issues and improving their communication and understanding of each other.

• Provide family counseling to assist family units in overcoming conflicts, enhancing relationships, and addressing communication barriers.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and circumstances.

• Assess client mental health through comprehensive evaluations, offering diagnoses, diagnosis updates, and progress assessments.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists and primary care doctors, ensuring holistic support for clients’ mental health needs.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with state regulations and the ethical standards of the profession.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, depending on experience, along with a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
