Quality Assurance Automation Engineer
$30 - $34 per hourProMinent
Prominent is looking for a Quality Automation Engineer for our client in Greenwood Village, Colorado or Omaha, NE. This is a contract to hire opportunity and 100% onsite. The Quality Automation Engineer designs and maintains automated testing solutions using Playwright for UI and API testing, aiming to enhance software reliability and speed up release cycles. Duties will include: Developing automated test scripts, enhancing automation frameworks, executing UI/API testing, and improving test coverage to reduce manual effort. Working closely with development and product teams to identify, report, and resolve defects. Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of experience in QA/testing and automated testing. Proficiency with Playwright and modern web testing tools. Strong understanding of software testing principles and CI/CD pipelines. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
