Senior Specialist Change Management (Hybrid)

Senior Specialist, Change Management will support the execution and continuous improvement of change control processes for Stryker's RAQA Division with minimal supervision. The role involves ensuring regulatory compliance, facilitating process improvements, and providing training and mentoring to internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to internal customers on PLM Help Incidents and Tasks in ServiceNow queue
- Liaise with functional groups and mentor teams through change control process execution
- Ensure compliance with corporate procedures and support audit requirements
- Deliver training and coaching to new users on change management principles and systems
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and develop quality reports for process optimization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 2+ years of experience in legal, technical, or regulated environment
- Prior experience in change management
- PLM systems experience (e.g., Windchill) preferred
- Familiarity with audit processes and compliance standards preferred
Compensation: $72,500-$120,900 USD annual
