Responsibilities: Greet and assist members and guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and membership inquiries. Handle phone calls and respond to emails regarding memberships and services. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. Process payments and assist with membership sign-ups and renewals. Promote gym programs, classes, and special offers to members. Schedule appointments for personal training and fitness assessments. Assist in resolving member concerns and complaints effectively. Requirements: Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations preferred. Strong communication skills and a positive demeanor. Basic knowledge of fitness programs and gym equipment. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using computer systems and software. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. High school diploma or equivalent required.
