Responsibilities include: Set up and operate CNC Fiber and CO? laser machines Verify material thickness and load material into the automated storage system Produce quality parts while meeting production standards Identify and correct machine alignment and cutting issues Troubleshoot minor programming issues independently Cross-train on multiple laser platforms and production cells Record production data using the computerized tracking system Safely operate a forklift to move materials Perform routine operator-level preventative maintenance Maintain equipment logs and report maintenance concerns Report production, quality, and material issues Assist other departments as business needs require What We're Looking For Experience operating CNC laser equipment preferred Ability to read and interpret work instructions and manufacturing documentation Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills Forklift experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Why Apply Through Kelly?
