About the Opportunity

Join a global Talent Acquisition team supporting a leading medical technology organization dedicated to improving patient mobility and advancing healthcare innovation. We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to support highly technical hiring initiatives within an Austin-based robotics and engineering organization.

This role will partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to develop effective recruiting strategies, identify top technical talent, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from intake discussions through offer execution and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
• Recruit highly technical talent across engineering and technology disciplines.
• Utilize market insights and recruiting data to advise hiring teams on talent availability, compensation trends, and sourcing approaches.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Conduct candidate screening and assessments to ensure alignment with technical requirements and company values.
• Guide candidates and hiring teams through the interview process while ensuring a seamless experience.
• Manage offer negotiations and drive successful outcomes for both candidates and business partners.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within ATS and HR systems.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• 3+ years of experience recruiting for technical positions.
• Proven experience sourcing and hiring technical professionals, including senior individual contributors.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers as a consultative recruiting advisor.
• Experience managing recruiting processes from kickoff through offer acceptance.
• Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.

Preferred Experience

• Experience recruiting for robotics, engineering, software, hardware, embedded systems, or advanced technology roles.
• Experience supporting medical technology, healthcare technology, manufacturing, or highly regulated industries.
• Experience hiring technical professionals from Senior Engineer through Director level.
