Yard Coordinator

Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience Responsibilities Direct truck traffic and ensure proper staging of the equipment. Communicate with yard workers for safe cargo handling. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate yard inventory records and update accordingly. Inspect cargo conditions and report damages or discrepancies. Minimize yard congestion and optimize space utilization. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in yard operations, logistics, or transportation is preferred. Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally. Multitasking and problem‑solving ability. Basic Computer Skills (Microsoft Office). Ability to read cargo dimensions and weight specifications. Team‑oriented mindset with strong coordination skills.
