The AVP will also be responsible for budget preparation, expense control, and maintaining superior customer service while overseeing the coordination and implementation of professional and supportive services for hospice patients. Applicants for the AVP of Business Development position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related health field, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, marketing, or a related field. Healthcare and supervisory experience are required, with a preference for candidates who have 5 years' experience in a clinical care setting or home health/hospice.
