Overnight Manufacturing Line Lead

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an Overnight Manufacturing Line Lead to join their team. As an Overnight Manufacturing Line Lead, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the night shift operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Overnight Manufacturing Line Lead

Location: Jacksonville, FL 32221

Pay Range: $21.71/hr

Shift: Night shift (6 pm to 6 am) on a 2-2-3 rotation

What's the Job?

• Provide strong leadership to production teams during the night shift, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Work closely with other departments to create and implement production schedules, optimize workflows, and resolve any production issues.
• Conduct training sessions for team members, ensuring they are skilled in the latest production techniques and safety protocols.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good understanding of safety regulations and quality standards.
