Industry Consulting Sr. Manager - Lending

8+ years of experience in IT consulting or IT roles within the lending/credit domain: consumer lending, commercial lending, mortgage lending, loan servicing, etc.Strong domain knowledge of lending lifecycle: origination, underwriting, closing/funding, servicing, collections, collateral, investor servicing/participation models.Experience with specific lending platforms/LOS/servicing systemsProven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, functional/technical specification writing, system implementation in the lending domain.Familiarity with loan systems (origination, servicing), credit decisioning engines, loan data, workflows, integrations, and testing of lending solutions.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills: ability to liaise with business users (lending, credit, operations), IT partners, vendors, architects, testers.Analytical, problem-solving mindset; ability to map process flows, propose improvements, translate business needs into technical outcomes.Experience working in agile delivery models (user stories, sprints, backlog grooming, UAT) and working with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in tools like MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), documentation tools, JIRA/Confluence (or equivalents), plus ability to learn loan-platform tools quickly.Understanding of banking/lending regulatory framework (U.S. consumer lending laws, commercial credit risk, investor servicing) is a plus.Posting Date:Department:BAG Hiring - 1416810012
