Overview We Are Hiring 3 Experienced Appointment Setters To Join Our Team! Earn up to $45-$50 per hour. Guaranteed hourly pay at $16-25 per hour . Daily, weekly, monthly bonuses, and commissions. Benefits include: 401(K), Medical, Dental, and Vision . We’re celebrating our 10th year in business and are seeking experienced appointment setters. Responsibilities Product Knowledge: Our company provides training and mentoring to explain our solar, roofing, window products, and services. Effective Communication: Must have strong communication skills to engage potential customers and convey the value proposition of our products and services. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with potential customers. Build rapport and understand customer needs. Follow-Up: Be diligent about following up with interested leads who may not be ready to schedule immediately. Persistence is key. Team Collaboration: Work with the Sunlight Solar team to mentor and support each other toward success. Qualifications This is NOT A REMOTE position – you must be able to physically commute to the office. This role requires long hours walking around neighborhoods; being on your feet is essential.
