What you'll be doing: Leading the Team: Hiring, training, and supervising a team of pizza-loving employees. Fostering a positive and productive work environment. Delivering Outstanding Customer Service: Resolving customer issues, ensuring quality standards are met, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. What we're looking for: Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in the pizza industry but not required Strong leadership and team-building skills with a passion for developing others Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills Ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast‑paced environment Solid financial acumen and understanding of P&L statements A commitment to providing exceptional customer service A love for pizza is a definite plus!
