Manager Product Owner Salesforce Marketing Cloud

The Manager, Product Owner for Salesforce Marketing Cloud is instrumental in steering the strategic and operational aspects of Marketing Cloud, aligning it with business objectives and organizational goals. This role ensures the effective deployment, customization, and utilization of Marketing Cloud capabilities to improve marketing processes and deliver an optimal experience to users.Position Responsibilities may include:Product Leadership: Serve as the key stakeholder and expert on Marketing Cloud, aligning it with the company's go-to-market strategy and growth objectives.Requirements Collection: Engage with marketing, sales, cross-functional, technical teams, and cross-cloud owners to gather in-depth requirements, translating them into platform features and functionality.Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring tasks and features align with the company's marketing strategy and objectives.Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly update relevant stakeholders on platform developments, new features, and ongoing projects.Platform Customization: Ensure Marketing Cloud is tailored to the specific needs of the marketing team, including journeys, campaigns, lead management, tailored communications, segmentation, AI and Agentic features.Integration Oversight: Ensure that Marketing Cloud is seamlessly integrated with other enterprise tools, platforms, and systems to provide a holistic customer view.Data Management: Oversee data quality and accuracy, ensuring that customer information and interaction history are up-to-date and accessible.
