This role focuses on managing an assigned book of business, delivering client-facing service, renewals, and RFP support while collaborating with vendors and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have 2-5+ years of health & welfare experience, a BA/BS degree (preferred), and strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
