Annual influenza vaccination or approved exemption required Avg. Daily Census: 12-15 ppd Patient Age Group: Adult Requirements: - hospitalists may care for PCU patient located in ICU -They respond to rapids. Codes are responded to by ICU and ED physicians but if the hospitalist is free they may attend as well. Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: Internal Medicine State Licenses: Wisconsin Certifications: BLS and ACLS CSR Req’d: NA DEA Req’d?: Yes Years of Experience Req’d: Must document inpatient services or related outpatient hospital services for at least 10 patients within the past two years Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days Willing To License?: No Shift Info: Night 7x12-Hour 19:00 - 07:00
