What You'll Do As a 1st Shift Warehouse Associate, you'll help ensure our customers receive the right products at the right time. Responsibilities include: Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy. Organize, stock, and replenish warehouse inventory. Pick, build, and stage customer orders accurately and efficiently. Load delivery trucks for daily routes. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (training and certification provided). Use handheld scanners and our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory. Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate product records. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow company quality, safety, and freshness standards. High School Diploma or GED required. Previous warehouse or forklift experience is preferred but not required. Ability to become certified on company warehouse equipment. Successfully complete a post-offer physical assessment. Successful completion of Post-Offer Pre-Employment Physical Assessment Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to lift, move, and organize warehouse products safely throughout the shift. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse technology, including handheld scanners and voice-picking systems. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
