Payroll Manager $85000 - $125000 per year | Indianapolis, IN | On-site | Permanent Next generational construction company seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join our talented team! We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee the company’s end-to-end payroll operations for a growing construction organization. This position will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for field and corporate employees while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. The ideal candidate has strong payroll experience within the construction industry, including familiarity with hourly employees, prevailing wage requirements, certified payroll, union/non-union payroll, job costing, and multi-state payroll. Job Details Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 5-10 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance. 3-5 years of experience working within the construction industry.
