Our client is seeking a dependable Operations Support Coordinator to assist with a variety of administrative, accounting, payroll, and office support functions. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, helping others, and being an essential part of the daily operation.
No two days are exactly alike-and that's exactly how you like it.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations by:
Matching purchase orders to vendor invoices.
Reviewing invoices for accuracy and preparing them for payment processing.
Researching discrepancies when purchase orders, invoices, or amounts do not match.
Communicating with vendors and internal team members to resolve issues.
Entering technician time and hours for payroll processing.
Assisting with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Maintaining organized records and documentation.
Supporting multiple departments and helping where needed to keep operations running smoothly.
Identifying problems, finding solutions, and following tasks through to completion.

Qualifications
Previous administrative, operations support, accounting support, office coordination, or related experience preferred.
Strong computer skills required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel highly preferred.

Excellent communication and follow-through.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
