This role requires attention to detail, confidentiality, and strong organizational skills. Key Responsibilities Process bi-weekly (hourly employees) and semimonthly salaried employees multi-state payroll (2000+ employees) Verify timesheets and resolve discrepancies Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions Maintain and update payroll records Handle employee questions related to pay, taxes, and deductions Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations Coordinate with HR and accounting Assist with audits and year-end reporting Qualifications / Requirements Proven experience in payroll Familiarity with payroll software (e.g., iSolved) Strong knowledge of payroll laws and tax regulations Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred) 3+ years of payroll processing experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
