ABOUT THE COMPANY Our client partners closely with dental professionals by combining advanced technology with education and hands-on support. WHAT ARE THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB? Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in Louisiana. Grow revenue by balancing new business development with service-driven account management. Deliver compelling product presentations and solution-based conversations. Identify growth opportunities within existing practices and emerging accounts. Represent the organization at industry events and professional meetings.

REQUIREMENTS WHAT DOES THE IDEAL CANDIDATE OFFER? Education & Training Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. Formal sales training or clinical education is considered an asset. Work Experience & Accomplishments Proven success in competitive B2B markets or dental sales environments. History of building trusted relationships with professional decision-makers. Experience growing revenue in relationship-driven markets. Track record of high activity, follow-up discipline, and customer retention. Skills & Competencies Consultative sales approach with a strong service mindset. Excellent communication and formal presentation skills. Strong problem-solving and negotiation ability. High personal accountability and time-management discipline. Comfortable working autonomously in a field-based role.
