- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in Louisiana.
- Grow revenue by balancing new business development with service-driven account management.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and solution-based conversations.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing practices and emerging accounts.
- Represent the organization at industry events and professional meetings.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Formal sales training or clinical education is considered an asset.
- Proven success in competitive B2B markets or dental sales environments.
- History of building trusted relationships with professional decision-makers.
- Experience growing revenue in relationship-driven markets.
- Track record of high activity, follow-up discipline, and customer retention.
- Consultative sales approach with a strong service mindset.
- Excellent communication and formal presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation ability.
- High personal accountability and time-management discipline.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a field-based role.
- Annual salary plus uncapped performance-based commissions.
