You are a humbly confident teammate with an eagerness to learn and help your team grow.ResponsibilitiesProviding introductory information to prospective and existing service clientsScheduling and confirming service appointmentsFollowing up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retentionHandling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and service inquiriesDetermining the most effective way to address client needs and concernsCommunicating with service advisors and internal teams to support workflowTracking appointments and client interactions in CRM systemsEscalating concerns when necessary to ensure timely resolutionQualificationsMultitasking and organizational skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalPatience, compassion and empathyProfessional, well-groomed personal appearanceClean driving record & valid driver's licenseWilling to submit and pass pre-employment background check and drug screenJoin a dealership group where luxury, performance, and opportunity come together.
