Role Description The Customer Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based at Maverick Fine Western Wear in Fort Worth, TX. This role involves greeting guests, answering questions about products, and helping customers find apparel and accessories that match their preferences and needs. Daily tasks include handling in-person and phone inquiries, processing sales and returns, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the visit. The representative will maintain an organized and welcoming store environment, collaborate with team members, and uphold the brand’s commitment to friendly, attentive service. Occasional support for in-store events and promotions may also be required. Qualifications Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support abilities. Experience fostering Customer Satisfaction and enhancing overall Customer Experience. Background working as Customer Service Representatives or in similar retail or hospitality roles. Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse guests. Ability to stand for extended periods, work in a fast-paced retail environment, and handle transactions accurately. Collaborative mindset, reliability, and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
