Essential duties and responsibilities include:

• Connecting with customers to cultivate lasting relationships
• Reviewing, validating, and processing customer transactions with accuracy
• Maximizing customer success by offering personalized financial services
• Entering and maintaining customer information into a Point of Sale (POS) system
• Building new business by completing daily call campaigns
• Assisting in customer account management and collections
• Performing duties outside of the office, including on-site vehicle appraisals and store errands
• Maintaining internal and external store appearance and meeting cleanliness standards
• Maintaining office security protocols and conducting proper opening and closing procedures
• Upholding compliance with Company policies and procedures
• Engaging in ongoing training and staying current on product and process changes
• Working efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Conducting additional tasks as directed by leadership
• Maintaining a full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance, including weekends

Qualifications and skills we're looking for include:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
• Background check required
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position

Preferred qualifications and skills include:

• Experience in check cashing, document verification, and/or money order processing
• Prior cash handling, cash drawer/vault management experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated)
