Location: Fort Worth, TX 76155 Work Arrangement: Hybrid (4 day onsite in a week) Client Industry: Banking/Finance Duration: 12 Months Contract [Possibility for FTE Conversion] Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM EST

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the Fortune 10 companies in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing first line support for the internal employees' resources via voice and chat channels as part of the 24*7 Global Service Desk.
• Partnering with our regional and international partners to deliver best in class client care.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills, including data analysis, filtering, sorting, lookups, and reconciliation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, counterparties, and internal teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately process large volumes of operational data and transactions.
• Ability to manage daily queues, exceptions, competing priorities, and time-sensitive operational activities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to investigate discrepancies and clearly communicate issues.
• Understanding of compliance, governance, and operational controls within a financial services environment.
• Ability to learn new financial products, processes, systems, and procedures quickly.

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $18 – $20 per hour This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
