Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.76 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM; Tue 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM; Wed 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM; Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM; Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or identification, and document visitor, vendor, and delivery activity in accordance with location policies. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate communication channels. Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including building perimeters, parking areas, and operational spaces, with attention to unusual activity and security-related concerns. Support access control operations by helping to deter unauthorized entry, directing foot and vehicle traffic, and reporting maintenance, operational, and/or security-related issues observed during the shift. Minimum Requirements: A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
