Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and support site access procedures. You will remain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents while delivering strong customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $16.76 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Sat06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Sun06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or credentials, manage visitor logs, and report unauthorized access attempts or other security-related concerns. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, including documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services when needed. Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, production‑adjacent areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security‑related issues. Minimum Requirements: A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
