Care Partner/Caregiver-Evening Shifts and NOC Shifts
Compensation: $19.00–$22.00 per hour

ABOUT THE ROLE

Help residents live with purpose each day through whole-person support. Provide physical assistance and emotional support with dignity, respect, and attention to each resident’s preferences.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

·    Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.

·    Offer companionship, cueing, and purposeful engagement.

·    Observe and report changes in resident condition and complete documentation according to policy.

·    Follow infection control, safety, and emergency procedures.

·    Support dining, hydration, and restorative activities.

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

·    Compassion, patience, and professionalism.

·    Clear communication and practical problem-solving.

·    Adaptability, teamwork, and willingness to learn.

·    Interest in dementia-support techniques and person-first care.

RELATABLE EXPERIENCE

·    Assisted living, memory care, or caregiving roles.

·    Hospitality, healthcare, or customer service.

·    Volunteer or paid experience supporting older adults or other vulnerable populations.

QUALIFICATIONS

·    At least 18 years of age.

·    CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.

·    Current negative TB test.

·    Ability to pass required background screening.
