We are looking for a punctual and dependable person with a strong attention to detail who can work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Must be flexible and willing to learn new things as needed. Candidates must be able to pass a background check and drug test. What You’ll Do Provide an excellent first impression through customer interactions, including managing incoming calls, scheduling service work and appointments, and handling email communications Utilize internal software, including client relationship management (CRM) systems, and be open to learning new programs Ensure technicians meet service call targets, conduct regular follow-ups with homeowners, and uphold company values in every interaction What You’ll Bring High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in customer service Knowledge of power generation, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or utility trades is a plus Computer proficiency to coordinate scheduling, dispatch, spreadsheet management, and client relationship management (CRM) software This job is with an independent Generac Channel Partner and not for employment with Generac Power Systems, Inc.
