Executive AssistantSeeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the VP of Men's Apparel Product and lead senior admins across the team. This dynamic role requires exceptional professionalism, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, and often ambiguous environment. The Executive Assistant will manage a wide range of administrative duties, including strategic calendar management, arranging complex travel, planning and coordinating events, expense reporting, and acting as a confidential liaison. The ideal candidate will demonstrate discretion, resilience under stress, strong communication, and dedication to diversity, inclusion, and belonging.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years' executive administrative support experienceExperience working in a similar industry or environment requiredStrong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interface with senior executivesExceptional organizational ability and attention to detailSound judgment handling confidential/sensitive informationProficiency in MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Keynote, and SmartsheetsStrong relationship-building and problem-solving skillsAdvanced calendar management and travel coordination experienceProject management skills and ability to drive tasks from conception to completionStrong storytelling, presentation, and interpersonal abilitiesPrevious experience leading or supporting admin teamsProven ability to work independently and take initiativeWillingness to work flexible hours as neededResponsibilities:Serve as the primary support for the VP, acting as a trusted advisor and confidantManage high-volume, complex executive calendars and prioritize requestsCoordinate and book domestic/international travel, creating detailed itinerariesPlan and execute team meetings and large-scale events, including logistics and communicationsHandle expense reporting, purchase orders, and invoices accurately and on timeCreate and maintain org charts, manage team distribution lists, draft/edit communicationsLead, coach, and coordinate work with other senior admins to ensure operational alignmentOversee space planning and departmental moves, partnering with other teams as necessarySupport cross-functional administrative alignment for major product and corporate milestonesFoster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team cultureCollaboration:The Executive Assistant will work closely with the VP, Men's Apparel Product Team, and cross-functional partners in design, development, merchandising, supply planning, finance, and additional organizational functions.
