Experienced F&I Manager

We are looking for an Experienced F&I (Finance and Insurance) Manager to join our fast growing company!! Porsche, BMW, Mercedes Benz and Lexus brands all located on one unique campus in Okemos, Michigan!! We are searching for a finance / business manager who likes to be involved with the team and has a passion for their role. Looking for a leader who expects high pay for high performance and wants to be a key part of our growth. This is a rare opportunity to work in a campus setting where the team comes first . This is the dream position for the right person!!! Candidate should have a deep knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures and the desire to assist customers and salespeople while closing deals.

Responsibilities

Provide recommendations and assistance to customers in order to arrange the financing of their purchases. Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience
Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability
Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position
Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals
Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state and federal guidelines
Prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers deals
Accurately audit team deals Post-Sale and deeply analyze for improvements
Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts

Qualifications

Eagerness to improve
Experience Necessary for this role
Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability
Well-versed in title laws and registration process
Professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills
Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills
Valid driver's license
