This position is based on-site and involves providing exceptional, resident-focused occupational therapy interventions under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute treatment plans as directed by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
• Assist in conducting evaluations and assessments.
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident progress.
• Encourage and facilitate independence in daily living activities.
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff and care teams.
• Provide education and support to families of residents.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to care.
