Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist
Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Physical Therapist to join our senior living community. In this role, you will:
- Evaluate residents' mobility and physical capabilities.
- Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each resident's needs.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions aimed at improving safety, independence, and overall quality of life.
- Collaborate closely with nursing and care teams to provide education on fall prevention strategies and home exercise routines.
- Document residents' progress using electronic medical records (EMR).
- Contribute to fostering a positive and growth-oriented atmosphere within the community.
This position allows you to forge meaningful connections and make a significant impact on the wellbeing of our senior residents every day.
