Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist
Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Physical Therapist to assist residents within our senior living community. This position is based on-site and involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing the well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Assess residents' mobility and functional capabilities.
- Create personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to boost strength, balance, safety, and overall quality of life.
- Work collaboratively with nursing staff, caregivers, and family members.
- Maintain accurate documentation of progress in line with regulatory requirements.
- Provide education to residents on fall prevention strategies and home exercise routines.
- Valid physical therapy license.
- Experience in geriatric care is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
