Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist
Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Physical Therapist to enhance the well-being of residents within our senior living facilities. This position involves evaluating residents' mobility, strength, and balance, as well as developing personalized, evidence-based treatment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct assessments of mobility, strength, and balance.
- Create tailored treatment plans based on evidence and individual needs.
- Implement therapeutic exercises, gait training, and fall-prevention initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with nursing and care teams to ensure comprehensive resident support.
- Educate residents and their families about treatment processes and goals.
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Valid Physical Therapy license.
- Experience in geriatric care is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
