Job Opportunity: Occupational Therapist
Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Occupational Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. This position involves evaluating the functional capabilities of residents, creating tailored treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based strategies aimed at improving independence, safety, and overall quality of life for seniors in various living arrangements, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments of residents' functional abilities.
- Developing personalized treatment plans based on individual needs.
- Delivering interventions grounded in evidence-based practices.
- Working collaboratively with nursing and care teams.
- Providing education and support to families and caregivers.
