Insurance Agents in our organization play a vital role in helping clients navigate multiple insurance products including life, renters, cancer, heart attack, and accident coverage. Operating within small independent teams, they work directly under the Sales Director or Branch Manager. The role involves frequent travel to meet clients, supported by insurance state license assistance and ongoing training to ensure expertise and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Consult clients on appropriate insurance policies
- Assist with claims processing and client inquiries
- Provide excellent customer support
- Maintain accurate records of policies and customer interactions
- Manage renewal processing and follow-ups
- Drive sales and deliver exceptional service
- Focus on policy retention and client satisfaction

- Generous base pay plus uncapped commission
