Industrial Assembler

Shift: 1st

Location: Overpeck, OH

Pay: $20-$25/hr

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in industrial assembly, mechanical assembly, or related field
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently on complex, non-repetitive builds
Experience working in a machining or manufacturing shop environment preferred
High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Responsibilities:

Assemble large, custom machinery and equipment according to engineering drawings and specifications
Interpret blueprints and layout components for proper fit and alignment
Perform mechanical assembly including fitting, bolting, fastening, and aligning components
Inspect parts and assemblies to ensure quality standards and tolerances are met
Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues during the build process
Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and supervisors to ensure project accuracy and completion
Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety protocols
