Outsourced Accounting Senior - Treasury and Payment Solutions

What it Means to Work for EisnerAmper As a Senior member of our Treasury and Payments Solutions team, you will support day‑to‑day financial operations for our clients, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in every process. What Work You Will be Responsible For Oversee and execute treasury operations, including payment processing, funding requests, and cash positioning. Review and monitor accounts payable activities to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls. Perform or review account and bank reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with client and regulatory requirements, as applicable. Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for client processes. Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and scalability. Serve as a client‑facing point of contact, responding to inquiries and providing financial reporting and updates. Maintain and strengthen internal controls to mitigate risk and ensure secure, compliant disbursement processes. Identify opportunities and recommend methods to improve service, work processes and financial performance (e.g., procedure optimization). Assist with the supervision, guidance, and training of staff to ensure efficient operations and adherence to organizational standards. Actively support teamwork throughout the organization. Perform other tasks as assigned. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field. CPA or CTP certification preferred but not required. 3–6+ years of experience in treasury operations, accounts payable, payment processing, and funding, or related accounting and treasury services. Preferred/Desired Qualifications Strong understanding of internal controls within financial operations. Experience in a client‑facing or consulting environment. Real estate, hedge fund, or private equity experience. Detail‑oriented with strong analytical skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and within a team. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. High level of professionalism and confidentiality. Ability to communicate, collaborate, and manage team members in a remote work environment while maintaining productivity and team engagement. Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
