The TL;DR Role: Early Career Location: In-person, Orlando, FL Pay: $20–$22 hourly Mission: Contribute to real client engagements by assisting with financial audits, tax preparation, financial reporting, and client service initiatives. Tech Stack: Excel, accounting systems What You’ll Actually Do Assist: Contribute to financial audits, tax return preparation, and various client accounting projects. Prepare: Develop financial statements, reconciliations, and essential supporting schedules. Support: Aid in financial reporting, data analysis, and client service initiatives. Analyze: Use Excel and accounting systems to interpret data and ensure accurate financial records. Partner: Collaborate with firm leadership on client engagements and participate in special projects. The Must-Haves Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field for an early-career accounting professional. Experience: Internship experience or 1+ year in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping preferred.
