Digital Product Manager

Role Senior Product Manager within Takeda's Digital Experience & Engagement team, leading the strategy and delivery of employee-facing digital products that enhance work experience and organizational transformation. Responsibilities develop and own product roadmaps translate business priorities into clear requirements define outcomes and KPIs partner with cross-functional teams including technology, data, and design, and ensure continuous improvement Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align product vision with corporate goals and facilitate workshops for discovery and prioritization Drive product lifecycle from ideation to adoption, ensuring alignment with architecture standards Qualifications 8+ years in product management or enterprise digital product delivery, with experience managing large-scale, employee-facing platforms Skilled in stakeholder communication, strategic planning, Agile methodologies, and applying CX/UI/UX principles Knowledge of enterprise systems and a curiosity for AI-enabled experiences is preferred Location Cambridge, MA; full-time, exempt role. #J-18808-Ljbffr Scorpion Therapeutics
